Professional Background

Prior to founding her own coaching and consulting firm, Brenda had 20 years of experience working for Fortune 100 companies including DuPont, UGI, Merck & Company Inc., Johnson & Johnson, and Sunmark Industries, a division of Sunoco Oil Company. She has held a variety of positions in Research and Development, Management, Marketing, Finance, Training and Development, Sales and Human Resources. As VP at a management consulting company, Brenda was responsible for Business Management, Strategy and Product Development. She developed and implemented training and conducted coaching on Empowerment, Diversity, Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Professional Development and Team Building. In her private practice she focuses on enhancing personal effectiveness, self-management, and leadership development.
